Summary
Laura Hollis is twenty-nine years of age and a doctor at the Hesselius Nursing Home for The Elderly. Her work life is one of routine, looking after patients like the stern General Spielsdorf, the fantasist Cornelius Vordenberg, and the unresponsive Elle Sheridan. It’s simple, undemanding work.
