Summary

Nancy and Jonathan discover the nasty truth about the Mind Flayer and nearly meet their end. After an argument with Mike, Will goes missing again as he gets stuck with Robin, Steve, and Dustin in a secret Russian base below Starcourt Mall. Having upset both Will and El, Mike tries asking Lucas for help to win them back. As El spies on Billy, she realizes something is seriously wrong. The kids, Jonathan, Nancy and Joyce work to figure out where Will and Dustin are and how it all ties to the upside down.

Will’s eyes were inevitably dragged to it, like a magnetic force he didn’t prepare for when he agreed to come there. His sight raised up again, eyes automatically looking for every single feature he memorized years ago and finding every detail right where he thought it would be.
His organs all dropped at once, leaving him with the hard choice on what to say, what to do and what to look at next. It took every single piece of him to hold him back from hugging his best friend right there and forget about everything else.

They did it. They graduated. Sure, Hawkins is recovering (poorly) from an interdimensional monster attack and his girlfriend just died, but whatever. They graduated, and Mike Wheeler is just as happy about it as everyone else.

However, when she turns down her long time childhood friend Steve Harrington's offer of marriage, it makes her more determined than ever to not fall in love and work out how she's going to make it to New York to be with her aunt and become a famous author. But, at some point, she becomes aware of the older brother of her younger brother's best friend, who works as a farm hand and annoys her with his rough manners. Somehow, he becomes weaved into the fabric of her life as one of her best friends, and in the end she has to decide if she wouldn't actually like it to be that much more.
OR, I watched Greta Gerwig's Little Women and couldn't stop thinking about Jo March/Nancy Wheeler parrallels and how perfect it would be for her to fall in love with the scruffy farm boy, Jonathan Byers.
