It’s 2AM, and Kohane arrives in the Sekai in a post-panic attack haze. A part of her is still burning, clawing at her insides, and yet her energy feels utterly spent. She just wants to curl up and stay here forever. This happens far more often than she’d like to admit; the eyes on her at shows affect her much more than she lets on, even now. But that doesn’t matter. It’ll be gone by morning.
It definitely doesn’t matter when she sees Akito already in the cafe.
The doorbell rings above her head. He turns, eyes wide and forehead laced with sweat.
They stare at each other for a moment in utter silence.
Akito is the one to break it.

Kohane visits the Sekai at 2AM, tired and miserable. She finds Akito there in what he intends to be his final moments.

Ena shoved him out her door, hearing his sharp growl. She pushed him, hard. “I hate you!”
She heard a few more scattered words after slamming the door, and barely a second the thumping of his angry footsteps down the hall. Ena flopped onto her bed, sighing, as tears pricked at her eyes.
I hate you. Why did she keep up that stupid lie?or
Ena and Akito fight. They both regret it.

Summary
Excited, because this is the first time he’s properly seeing his sister in well over two months. He loves her, loathe as he is to admit it at times, and having her away for this long when he’s used to her bothering him constantly leaves something of a hole in his heart. Cheesecake, walking past the craft store, seeing cats and cute drinks; it all reminds him of Ena, much more now than he’d realised previously. Of course he’s at least a little happy to have her home.
But alongside that, there’s fear, clawing at his heart. He’s stressed, scared, because… so much can happen in two months, can’t it?
