Summary
The Iblis Trigger is a threat that Silver The Hedgehog has been preparing to combat since the moment he was taken into the Flaming Empire, but when his plans fall apart one after the other, he will be forced to rely on himself to complete the surmounting trials of the past. When he meets a mysterious stranger, however, he is sure his luck is starting to look up!
Meanwhile, Knuckles experiences strange dreams of Iblis, whom he slayed 10 years before. Convinced these dreams must have some deeper meaning, he is determined to investigate.
This is a rewrite of Sonic 06, connected to my Sonic Universe stories branching from the Sonic Movie-verse!

Summary
Due to unexpected circumstances, Silver the Hedgehog is unable to secure a job at G.U.N with his friends. Heartbroken by this, he asks for a way to still do good in the world, and he is directed to N.U.G - a subdivision made for rejects of G.U.N.
Silver willingly takes the job, but it is different than he expected: less pay, worse treatment and more dangerous missions, not to mention that the people working there are the opposite of who Silver would usually surround himself with... but he slowly begins to realise that maybe it isn't as bad as it appears to be on the surface. Maybe here he finds family, friendship - and something more. -
