“What?” Piper asked, to which Nico held up the box.
“I found a ring box.”
“Previous owners, maybe?” Piper hummed as Nico opened the velvety box. The silver band shimmered slightly, and Nico plucked it from the inner red cushioning. He glanced at the small inner carved word.
“Tenant, not owner, but it was an elderly couple, so I don’t think so.” Nico replied. He flipped the box over, and it was stamped with a familiar name. Valdez’s Auto. “Piper…” He showed her the brand.

Summary
After getting engaged, adopting a daughter, and founding out he was pregnant all in the span of a few weeks, Nico was ready for the worst to happen. Will was worried about him, and Nico just really wanted a nap, all the time, but he has work and Amari. He and Will really need to start telling people about their little woops, too. Nico just hopes Will isn't right about it being more than one possible.
OR Nico and Will navigate having a daughter along with dealing with an unplanned and unexpected pregnancy. Along the way they tell friends and family and go through their own problems. Nico just really wants to sleep in and get this over with, and Will wants to know why in hell Nico's not showing that much until he realizes that it's not just one. Now he just needs Nico to agree to schedule an actual appointment and not just trust Will.

Summary
Will didn't know why he bought the ring so early. He didn't even know if they would ever decide marriage would be good idea, but he bought one. I silver band with an engraving on the inside. The engraving was simply the word forever. It felt like too much, but it also felt like that was the right thing to have for Nico. He hid it in the empty cabinet above the fridge. He probably never use it anyway, demigods normally didn't live happily ever after.
Nico found a ring trying to hide a birthday present. He found it, looked at it, and put it back. He felt a little giddy, maybe even joyful that Will had thought that far about them. Nico didn't think it was something he ever desired, marriage. The ring box had collected a layer of dust. He knew it wasn't there when they had moved it; they checked ever cabinet. How long ago had Will bought it?
