His nostrils flared at his crude flattery. “I am afraid Piltover has willed it so.”
“You are a warlock, are you not?”
Viktor did not miss the way the smaller soldiers recoiled at that information. It was no use lying to this man. He had scented him out like a bloodhound. “Yes, lord. Although, my power is limited to the healing arts.”
“Then you will come to my camp and serve Piltover there.”
Piltover is at war with Noxus. When it dragged Zaun into its conflict, families were scattered to the winds and most were conscripted to the front lines. The warlock, Viktor, finds himself a captive in a Noxian camp until his salvation comes in the form of an arrogant Piltovian lord who desires information that would compromise all his fellow warlocks hiding from the Council. In his determination to refuse Lord Talis's demands, he can't help but be endeared to his more tender side, which may be the key to melting the lord's iron will.

“I dreamed about you.” He murmured.
“Oh yeah?” Jayce chuckled. “What was I doing in your dreams? Something nice, I hope.”
Viktor smirked. “Oh, it was very nice. You made me pancakes, then we fucked.”
Jayce scoffed at his bluntness. “Is this your way of asking me to make you breakfast in bed?”
“No, but if you, eh, feel so inclined.”
“Which was better, the pancakes or the sex?”
“Oh, the pancakes, for sure.”
“Is that so?” He raised a disbelieving brow.
“Mhm.” It was that tone that would make anyone else think Viktor was dead serious but Jayce laughed, feeling his crow’s feet tugging at his eyes.
“Bet they didn’t make you cum, though.”
He tugged Jayce’s hand down to the front of his pyjama pants. “Want to check?”
Jayce’s eyes darted between Viktor’s face and his hand, a blush crawling up his cheeks. When all he saw were Viktor’s honeyed eyes gleaming with mischief and lust and a challenge, his hand couldn’t have moved faster.

“Viktor?” He called from across the lab, feet up on the desk where he sat munching on his sandwich.
“Hmm?” Came his absent reply as his partner furiously scribbled equations into his notebook, script no doubt so rushed only he himself could read it. He’d tried to offer the man half of his lunch but he’d insisted he was fine with just a coffee, which, in light of recent information, bothered Jayce more than it should.

“This is what you wanted, huh?” He rasped into Viktor’s ear and nipped it again. “Wanted to torture me looking like this with all those people watching? Expecting me to keep my hands to myself while you were practically screaming to the world that you’re mine.”
“You didn’t exactly keep your hands to yourself,” Viktor teased.
Jayce tugged his hair for his insolence, drawing a punched out moan as he forced his head back and exposed more of his neck. “You live to torment me.”
He ground down on Jayce’s erection again, making him whine into his throat. “You wouldn’t- ahh— Wouldn’t have it any other way.”
Viktor realises that Jayce has a thing for seeing him wear the House Talis colours.

I subscribe to the headcanon that Mountain has a flower related nickname for every ghoul and naturally I used this as an excuse to write 9 chapters of smut.
