Summary
“Let me know when you have the time, I’m sure Tallulah would love to have Tilín over again,” Wilbur says as Quackity is tying his shoelaces. Then, more softly, “And I would love to see you.”
or,
Quackity has Tilín, and that's enough. At least that's what he thinks until he meets Wilbur Soot, the father of Tilín's new friend, and he realizes there's room in his heart for two more.

Summary
It is a sword, the glow of its enchantments muted beneath the blood that coats its surface. Quackity can only see a fraction of the blade, the part closest to the hilt, because the rest of it— the rest of it is—
His stomach twists itself into a sickening knot, all the air escaping his lungs in a punched exhale.
The sword is embedded in the person's chest. The sword is embedded in—
Quackity inhales sharply and all he can smell is blood, blood.
Wilbur's blood.
-
Quackity leaves Las Nevadas, expecting to have a fantastic time ridding his territory of Paradise’s desolate ruins. What he isn’t expecting is to find Wilbur, bleeding out on the dirty ground.
Turns out they both have a lot of healing to do.

Summary
“Dianthus?” Tempest whispers again, a bit stronger now. “Step away from the edge.”
Tommy wants to laugh. How far has he fallen in order to be talked down by a hero? A hero who had hated his guts less than two months ago at that. He stares upon the grey city, a place that could never be his home, and sighs. “I’m not going to jump.”
“Then step away.”
Tommy doesn’t move.
