He's seventeen when the bearded Jedi with the gentle hands, who gleams like gold in the Force, repeats the name he let slip: 'Anakin'. He looks over at the man called Kenobi, and doesn't think that maybe, maybe the dead can live again. He thinks that later.
Because the Sith got to Anakin first, but the Jedi will save him.

The door slides open and the pitter patter of small feet against the floor. There's a dip in the mattress and suddenly a heavy weight has landed on his back. He groans into the pillow as small children giggle.
