    Nine years later. Kai learned long ago what it all ment. And he is deadset on denying everything people try to push on him. Especially marriage.

    But he has to get married or else he'll lose his kingdom. So he goes through suiter after suiter before he finally finds one he can tolerate.

    But... Maybe tolerance will become friendship. And maybe friendship... Will turn into something more.

    (Takes place a few months after the start of Crystalized but only the bit where Nya gets turned back into a human and Crystallized shiz doesn’t happen yet)

    The team was all back together again. Things were good. Nya and Jay were inseparable. Zane was finally taking time to come to terms with the events of the Neverrealm, and for the first time in ages, Lloyd didn’t seem concerned with finding his father.

    Now if only Kai could sort out his own feelings. Sure there wasn’t technically anything wrong. Just the resurfacing of some *ahem* buried *ahem* feelings about a certain teammate of his. Kai couldn’t tell you when the attraction to Cole began, but he was somewhat certain that he m i g h t have been hiding from those feelings for a while now.

    But it’ll be fine! He has plenty of time to figure things out and sort through his emotions…

    Right?
