Summary
It was a surprise when Inko went missing, a surprise to all but Midoriya. His dad, of course, was leading all of the search efforts, seemingly looking everywhere for his wife, looking to everyone the part of the frantic husband.
Midoriya knew better, he would always know. A curse that would follow him everywhere. The same thing that he was overjoyed years ago to find out would be the same thing that he hated. Allowing him to know the details of people, of the man across the street who was obviously cheating on his wife, of his classmates that hated him and only tolerated him because of Kacchan, and his father, who was the pinnacle of guilty as he looks for the wife he never lost. A gleam in his eye as he tells the depressing story of a wife and mother missing, of grieving and hoping.

With a backing plot from the lovely kiyoko_michi's fix 'Running to Stand Still' (seriously go read it. It fucking rules) I wrote a branch off of the original timeline! I was so obsessed with this story, I kept lying awake at night like 'oh what if this happened oo" so I had to get this out of my system!!
