In the past H&H get new names and become McGonagalls niece and nephew. Pretending to be from Beaubatons. Harry’s in Hufflepuff and Hermione is in Ravenclaw. They get befriended by the marauders despite trying to keep their distance. Sirius flirts big time with Hermione. She is drawn to both him and Remus. She kisses Sirius then feels guilty for still liking Remus. Ends up kissing Remus during truth or dare. Later Remus kisses her again. She breaks things off with Sirius then is upset when Remus kisses someone else. Remus scares Hermione close to the full moon.

Remus Lupin knew that Hermione was his mate and refused to tell her. Hermione felt the bond, but didn't say anything, thinking that Remus wouldn't accept her.
While making Wolfsbane for Remus at Potter Manor, Harry knocked over a potion on Hermione while she was wearing an old time-turner from the time room where she worked as an Unspeakable. Thrust back in time, she not only meets Fleamont Potter and family, but she is now a child.
Hermione has to come face-to-face with a young Remus Lupin and fight the attraction she feels, all the while finding and destroying all the Horcruxes in her now young body.
New friendships and bonds are made.

She had been 27 and in love with Remus, not knowing he loved her too and was his mate. Now she’s going to relive her childhood and plans on destroying the horcruxes and saving Lily. Remus thought he wasn’t good enough for her and was holding back.

Summary
This story started as a series of drabbles, ficlets, and could-have-been-canon scenes beginning in June of 1995 wherein Fred and Hermione slowly become more than friendly acquaintances. Similarly, this fic itself has gradually morphed into much more than that, and certainly more than I had ever intended it to be.
It’s now 250k+ words of my explaining by example all of the ways that these two could - SHOULD - have been canon, and what that might have looked like if it ran alongside the events of the original books (or most of them, anyway).
That said, this story is significantly darker than canon, and it touches on some of the trauma that was previously brushed over, as well as injecting some where it makes sense to have occurred. There’s plenty of humor and joy, but there’s also a lot of pain that, within the context of the story, has good reason to be felt.
Regarding the Underage tag, the characters are ages sixteen and eighteen at the first occurrence. If this upsets your sensibilities, this is not the story for you. Especially triggering content will be called out in chapter notes.

Really fantastic Fred and Hermione story. Often Fred’s POV. They were in a secret relationship but now everyone knows. Up to deathly hallows. Ron left Hermione and Harry and Fred ends up joining them. At Malfoy manor Draco helps them and reveals his friendship/would be romance with Luna. He leaves with them when they escape back to WWW. Ginny was assaulted on Hogwarts train, Neville tried to help. Hermione has no problem killing if necessary. Ron is pretty much unredeamable.
