It is in their blood to live for this, the very reason they conquered kingdoms and carved their reputation into the land as the most fierce and powerful beasts, willing and able to do whatever it takes to grow and protect what they love to their last dying breath. So why has it taken this long for Kirishima to still not have found his own?

“Have you found housing for Geno yet?” Toriel asked. Reaper didn’t see a point in dodging the question.
“Not yet. I’m working on it,” he said.
“So where is he staying?” Sci asked, tilting his head. Reaper sighed.
“I have a guest room–”
“You are not keeping him at your place. Reaper,” Toriel’s said, her voice filled with concern and irritation. “What the hell are you doing?”
“I am. He’s staying in my guest room until we find a suitable place for him,” Reaper stated, realizing that he should’ve thought of a better way to breach this topic. Sci looked equally disturbed.
“That is a monumental liability,” he said. “Is your place up to code? There are standards that need to be met, have you considered that?”
“I did what I could at the moment. I’m working on finding him a place that meets his expectations, but it’s not exactly straightforward. I’m not a fucking realtor,” Reaper growled.
