Summary
The royal court have been an awful audience to Jevil's performances over the last week, but there is some refuge to be found in the humble abode of their little mailman. Waking up next to Spamton, the jester finds it hard to resist showing their affection for him. Especially when he has gone far too long without the appreciation he deserves.
Context: Set during a vague, post-canon timeline where darkners return to their dark worlds, started moving on with their lives and Spamton/Jevil have re-kindled their relationship.

Summary
Spamton doesn’t know how he got here.
He doesn’t recall leaving Queen’s mansion or planning a date, much less at this bar, but he decides not to think about it. He’s always been a bit of a lightweight. Maybe the drinks have covered the memories up, burned them beyond recognition, and he will find the remains in the morning with his head pounding. Besides, having Jevil around only makes thinking all the more impossible.
He is a wonder all his own in the neon spilling in from outside the window, in the low light overhead. He tells a joke that makes them both laugh, but Spamton is more preoccupied by the sight of moving lips and the golden fangs behind them. Fantasies best left unsaid, even if Jevil would be more than happy to indulge.
