Summary
Alyosha is, by technical terms, food insecure. And that has sort of given him an eating disorder. He's made aware of that by noticing how he's been eating breakfast just like Odette eats every meal (probably worse since he's giving most of his meal to tugarin under the table.)
He feels bad, self-depreciative in a way for not being able enjoy vondyanitsa's cooking, and takes it out on himself.
Authors note: I got really carried away with this, it was supposed to be just a one shot but it very clearly isn't anymore- we'll all see how far I'm gonna go with this!

Summary
The best (and worst) thing about being from a different world is that you could take something from your world and no one would know what it would be!
Using a musical from their world was the best plan—not only could they avoid copyright, but it is also the perfect musical to use.
A musical whose songs don’t even sound the same next to each other—what better performance could they pull off other than that?
Due to Crowley's overwhelming eagerness for them to agree, they're also getting paid for this.
OR: The First Years do the musical 'Ride The Cyclone' as a way to pay back Crowley's ignorance.
