Summary
After discovering disturbing footage in an abandoned Garaki lab, U.A. heroes and the Todoroki family learn that Touya Todoroki, believed dead, is alive, revealed through a tape documenting years of brutal experiments by Garaki’s assistant, Kentaro Ito. The recordings expose the manipulation, violence, and psychological conditioning that transformed Touya into the villain known as Dabi. The revelation shatters the family, but instead of vengeance, they resolve to save him. Hawks volunteers to infiltrate the League of Villains, posing as a defector, to reach Dabi. Inside, he learns that Dabi has become a vengeful antihero, saving victims and destroying abusers while rejecting the corrupted hero system. The heroes and Todorokis prepare a cautious rescue, balancing fear and hope as they plan to bring Touya home. Meanwhile, U.A. launches Keigo’s Rehabilitation Initiative, a groundbreaking program to heal, reform, and reintegrate villains, beginning with the boy lost to flame and cruelty.

Summary
All too quickly, Hawks rushed out of the room before Dabi even had time to process. He was left staring at the ceiling, cigarette snuffed out on the floor. Laughter filled the new emptiness of the room, as the adrenaline rushed out of him, and sparks of excitement replaced it.
He wasn’t actually going to break into Hawk's house, but the bird's reaction made him reconsider.
