Summary
Everything is not as it seems. Everyone believes that ability users are cursed so any known ability users have little to no freedom outside of Yokohama.
But the reason why they are cursed is because most of the abilities are developed through tragedies went through as children with a desperate wish to live before they die.
Instead of researching more they are scrutinised by the country they live in for something they can't control. So most stay in isolated places like Yokohama which made people make assumptions that those places are dangerous.
But that is all gonna change soon as 3 volleyball players and 1 basketball player shall prove them all wrong alongside their supportive weretiger big brother.
All while battling an afflicted curse on them and old foes.
