Hajime waits a moment, and just as expected, a small body slowly crawls out from under the bed.
A small body in a hospital gown much too large for him, a little boy that hardly looked like the Nagito he knew. With a shock of auburn air and a healthy glow to his skin, he seemed so different. His eyes, however, were the same. Green-gray, dull, and surprisingly sad looking. This little boy was no doubt Nagito. But how? This wasn’t a game, it was impossible to turn someone into a child version of themselves.
Impossible, and yet it was happening right in front of his eyes. To a guy like Nagito, no less.

Raising the handsaw to his arm, he started to cut down. The pain was excruciating. Every thought in his head was run over by the fire that eloped his nerves. The only thought left was to not stop. A wicked grin curled on his lips, and a venom-dripped scream left his lips the more he cut.
´Don't stop´ he whispered.
´It'll be fine´ he lied.
´This is hope´ he screamed.
