Summary
Lance McClain constantly dreams of the day he'll finally meet his mysterious soulmate. They don't say much, if anything at all, but they leave him with gorgeous paintings temporarily tattooing his skin. It's not exactly the situation he hoped for, but when he feels the connection between them, he can't bring himself to resent them. As much as he wishes his soulmate would just talk to him, he's resigned himself to being patient. In the meantime, he has a loving family and good friends to help him get by.
Keith Kogane dreads the day he'll finally meet his obnoxious soulmate. He's just an art student who's struggling to find his place in the world. There's so much he hasn't been able to control in his life, and the thought of having a soulmate, just another thing in his life which he also has no control over yet can't do anything about, is a little terrifying. So he ignores the words that occasionally appear on his skin. He has other things to focus on: like being a new student at a big university where his childhood friend and step-brother go.

Summary
It's probably not the most conventional way to meet someone, but as a single parent whose life, for the last five years, has consisted almost entirely of work and dad things (such as arguing over vegetable consumption and perfecting the art of on-the-fly storytelling), Namjoon doesn't really get introduced to new people much anyway.
So, yes, he meets Taehyung in the principal's office. And yes, Namjoon's daughter bit Taehyung's son for not sharing building blocks. And yes, the worst part of it all is that Taehyung is kind and gorgeous and paint-splattered and steals the air right out of Namjoon's lungs.
It’s fine. Namjoon doesn’t overthink it at all.

You know, you’re supposed to feel something when your soulmate dies. Like, you’re supposed to feel empty or something, but Jeongguk feels light and breezy, even if there’s a white line on his wrist that marks him as being alone.
Hah! Jeongguk once again laughs in the face of romantic feelings! He is fine with being romantically alone. He doesn’t need it!
(Or, the AU where Jeongguk's soulmate was killed by Yoongi's soulmate, but they're both not bothered because they were assholes, anyway.)

Summary
Communication is the most important element in any relationship. When a miscommunication between Namjoon and Yoongi gets blown out of proportion and Jungkook gets caught in the middle, it has unforeseen and far reaching consequences. Secrets that Jungkook didn't even know he was keeping are thrown in a bright spotlight as their lives change in the flick of a switch.
AKA that one time I wanted to write a 1000 word story about Jungkook helping out a sub Yoongi, only to get snuggled to death by the rest of BTS later, and looked up 10000 words later. Send help.
