When people theorized about the world ending, they imagined some huge catastrophic event that wiped out all humankind in one go. Nuclear warfare, maybe. Giant meteors. Or, your personal favorite: a global pandemic. People envisioned the end of the world to be sudden and unpredictable, because no one could fathom seeing it coming and not stopping it. But then again, when a death is slow, you always think you have more time.
You navigate the metropolis of survival with only yourself to hold onto—but the problem is, your grip isn’t very strong. You have Erwin and Levi to help illuminate this path that you all walk together, but in the end, inner battles are fought alone.
It appears that after a slow death, rebirth is even slower.
