Summary
“Do you not like sex?” Osamu asks suddenly, slicing through their warm, quiet evening.
Shinsuke starts at the sink, the soapy bowl almost slipping out of his gloves. He adjusts his grip before tilting his head to look at Osamu. His cheek presses against his hand, a firm line to his lips as he leans against their dining room table. Shinsuke blinks once.
“I like sex.”
Osamu’s eyes narrow, Shinsuke barely hears the hum. It's always amazed him that even a noise that couldn’t be written down could still carry so much tone. He knows the tone of this one: something of a cross between accepting and doubtful.
“Why don’t I like sex?”

“Or what about Ushijima?”
That catches Kiyoomi’s attention, and he stops in the middle of the street to turn around and scowl at Atsumu. “What about Ushijima?”
Atsumu must tilt his head back to smirk up at Kiyoomi from beneath the visor of his cap. “He’s not workin’ on quicks. You’d be a step ahead of him if ya did. He might even raise an eyebrow in surprise or somethin’ equally as scandalous.”
Kiyoomi stares at him, narrows his gaze as he scrutinises Atsumu’s face, the challenge in the upturned corners of his lips. “Are you attempting to manipulate me, Miya?” he asks.
“I dunno. Is it workin’?”
“Kind of.”
“Then yeah, I guess.”

When Kiyoomi and Atsumu accidentally pull off a minus-tempo quick during practice, Atsumu convinces Kiyoomi to practice it for the new season.

Summary
Kiyoomi works hard, he knows this. Since joining msby.creative two years ago, he’s more than proved himself as a Junior Copywriter, and he receives nothing but praise from clients and seniors alike. He’s diligent, attentive, and always delivers his work on time, even if it means writing late into the night when the automatic sensor lights have turned themselves off in every part of the office except for the 3m radius around his desk. He’s putting nothing but dedication and commitment out into the world, so of course, it makes sense that the world should throw absolute shit back in his face.
It makes sense that the biggest break of his career should see him paired with none other than Miya Fucking Atsumu.
