Summary
The theory of metaverses.
That's the hypothetical multitude of all possible real parallel universes.
We all are well aware of the endless mechanism on which you can get away from all problems. Some find solace in it, while others are tormented until their knees tremble.
But the bitter essence will remain the same.
It's just an illusion.
A way to distract yourself.
Just like taking painkillers instead of treating an illness.
But we're not talking about the elevator at all.
It's not about hiding mental pain with the most sophisticated methods at all.
Let's be a little more original and write a different story.
Imagine:
Manchester - the city in the north of England.
Split is a young, quite pretty girl with a fairly large social circle. She likes it when she's being photographed, though not everyone does it well.
Bive - her neighbor who lives on the floor below (Split doesn't know about her yet). She is a self-employed journalist, as publishing houses consider her articles to be untreatable nonsense. Bive is a rather nervous and anxious person who suffers from excessive trust issues.
