"So," Xisuma cleared his throat, "What're you doing out so late?" He asked with a small tilt of his head, so so kindly.
Grian felt his throat tighten, "My house is loud." He mumbled, taking another sip of tea. It was very very pleasantly warm going down his throat and settling in his stomach. Very pleasant.
"Loud?"
Grian didn't like this seat. He...he...
Grian sniffed and slipped out, looking up at Xisuma with massive blue eyes, "Can I have a hug?"
He wanted a hug. So so so so so so badly. He wanted a hug. He wanted so much.
He could see Xisuma startle, just a little, before lowering his mug to the table and opening up his arms, "Yeah, yes of course...c'mere."
Grian wasted no time and crawled into the man's lap, curling into the tightest ball that he possibly could and tucking his head under Xisuma's chin.
He felt tiny.

Tony received several messages from the team about wanting to see Peter, and that’s how Tony found out that Helen deemed the kid ready for visitors if he was up to it.
“Pete. Wakey, wakey,” Tony tries, only to let out a smothered laugh when Peter brings his own hand up and slaps it against Tony’s mouth.
“No,” Peter mumbles.
“There’s people who wanna see you, kid. The team’s getting a little antsy,” Tony says with amusement.
“They can come in. I’m ready,” Peter mumbles.
