Summary
There’s not a cruel bone in Jayce’s body, Viktor believes that as fiercely as he believes in science, and the last few months of intimacy have only strengthened this hypothesis. But there’s nothing easy about Viktor on days like this. He handles it, he’s always handled it, but to handle it with someone else in the house?

Summary
“She, uh,” Viktor tries, “She said that she’s been having some trouble with noisy neighbours for the last few weeks.”
Jayce’s brow lifts. “Oh? I haven’t heard anything.”
“Well, that’s the problem, baby,” he says after a moment, giving Jayce a pointed look. “Because I believe she is referring to us. We can, uh, be quite loud, no?”
It takes him longer than he would like to admit to realise what Viktor isn’t saying. There is a marked silence between the two of them where he swears the other man can hear the cogs turning and shifting in Jayce’s head. “Oh.” And when the cogs eventually snap together, and he realises Viktor’s meaning, Jayce gapes. “OH."
