Summary
After his embarrassing defeat at the hands of George, Harold, and Captain Underpants, the now shrunken Professor Poopypants, having exhausted his other options, seeks out help from his temporary partner in crime Melvin, to build a new set of sizarators to return him to his regular size.
However, navigating the difficulties and limitations of relying upon this genius fourth grader, proves to be more of a challenge than he bargained for. While in turn, Professor Poopypants hilariously bad influence leaves Melvin changed. Primed to head down a similar dark path as a mad scientist, and the similar event's he took part in with the following Captain Underpants books. -
