Katsuki wakes to Izuku whimpering and thrashing around in their tent under the covers.
“Stop—stop—” Izuku hiccups, shaking.
Katsuki puts a hand on Izuku’s back and starts to rub it gently, his heart igniting with fury at the sight of his partner’s distress.
‘That Shigaraki bastard should hope he never meets me,’ Katsuki thinks bitterly to himself.
“Shh…it’s okay, Izuku,” he murmurs. “’m here.”

Katsuki thought he'd never see Izuku again after he went missing one year ago, but one day he finds Izuku naked and covered in bruises in the woods. What follows is a nightmare neither of them are prepared for.
