Summary
Queen Zelda lived a life that she had always took in strides. She was fluent in six languages, an expert in anthropology and diplomacy, and more media savvy than Hyrule's most infamous celebrities. However time is a cruel mistress and the falling dominos of her reign become closer to crushing weights. Even with the loyalty of her lead bodyguard by her side, not even he can stop a wayward prince from asking for her hand in front of the country's most illustrious politicians.
After all, splitting the crown meant half the weight.

Summary
There's life after death and it comes from in a yellow manila envelope.
What happens when you don't talk to your dad for ten years and then all of a sudden he's dead? Zelda doubts that there's a right answer. Now she's running around a 5 acre farm that hadn't grown anything in over a decade. The townspeople are odd (that hadn't change), there's a cowboy down the road that doesn't know when to leave her alone, and an itch to do better and be better. The only thing that's stopping her is a shallow watering can and vengeful crows.
One of these days Zelda will figure out if she made the right choice.

Summary
Link Woods was born fighting for survival. His father left nothing but hazy memories when he left to fight for Hyrule long ago. His mother succumbed to illness, leaving a boy to become a man before his time. His little hometown, Hateno, was a shell of itself. Buckled under the weight of mounting taxes to support a foreign war, Link and his brethren fight to keep the townsfolk's spirits bright by looting, thieving, and stealing everything they can get their hands on.
That is, until the crown's royal advisor travels to town on his cross-country tour, and the stakes become higher when Link's childhood lover Lady Zelda returns home.
(In other words, I rip off Disney's Robin Hood and make it an AU Zelink fic because I can.)

However, it is certain that to be within the sector, qualifications include a long military or government background along with the ability to safeguard the monarch's most detrimental secrets.

For his solo, Link usually picks the birthday girls or the bachelorettes wearing tiaras or sashes, but tonight he chose someone different. Someone who smelled like lilac perfume and laboratory latex gloves and looked like she just came from the garden. This decision spirals into both of them under the enchanting light of a midnight city, to a night market, to a used book store, and then eventually, to his bedroom.
Where Link is an exotic male dancer and Zelda's been ditched for the night by her girlfriends.

Summary
A work exploring Hateno and a makeshift sanctuary.
Her basket's on the table, palms on either side of it. The house dark. Dim.
The door hasn’t closed behind her. Zelda turns her head, peering through windswept hair. Light pours in behind him: his silhouette standing there on the threshold of his own home like a vampire awaiting an invitation. She almost laughs at the sight. The man who cut the Devil to pieces is scared to follow after a woman with a chip on her shoulder? How far they’ve both fallen.
“It’s your house,” she points out.
Permission to enter. He does even though it’s not hers to give. It’s only a few steps, of course. Can’t break the rule. Five feet. Always five feet apart. The door closes.
She wants to break something. An old habit’s under heavy consideration.
