That‘s what Qiao Ling thought whenever she thought too deep, too much. She tried her best not to feel sorry for him because she knew he didn't want her pity. Not when he held still hope to get his parents back. Sometimes she felt cruel for not waking him from this illusion but how could she when he played all strong and confident, when he looked so unbothered, yet she knew how fragile he actually was.
