TagsSummaryThis story is based on real events from the ATP tour reimagining what might be going on behind the scenes, between Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz. On court, they are rivals. Off court, they are… something else, something neither of them dares to name.
Every match between Jannik and Carlos feels like a war: the need to win, to break the other down, to prove who burns brighter. But somewhere beneath the bruises and the brilliance lies a different tension, one that pulls them closer instead of tearing them apart. Are they trying to defeat each other, or trying not to fall? And what happens when they realize they might want both? Bookmarked by Aurora_T0917 Sep 2025

TagsSummaryThere is a difference between legends and myths, Carlos’ mother used to say. Myths are parables to explain the timeless unknown. Legends are flesh and blood. But in them—Novak. Federer. Rafa—Carlos cannot see the difference. They live forever, metronomic and eternal, ghosts that haunt every surface. Grass, clay, hard. Creation myth. Hero's journeys. Nature fables. Childhood fairytales. That is what Carlos knows of legends and myths and the act of becoming one. He just never expected that they could be love stories too.

Jannik buries his face in his shoulders and gives in." or, when his team figures out what Jannik has been up to, all hell breaks loose. baby, let’s forget the morning (where you’re winning) by bloodmoonformeFandoms: Tennis RPF28 Aug 2025 TagsSummaryCarlos still has his polo on, black and white stripes and Nike logos everywhere. His eyes are trained somewhere ahead of him, and Jannik takes a second to just look at the way he hunches over himself and lunges to the right, then to the left, and then repeats the whole drill all over again. The way his thighs flex and extend in a fraction of a second, obeying him with a speed Jannik himself has never been able to achieve. He can't just not look. Jannik covers distance because his stride is naturally long. But Carlos is all raw power and energy, the storm to his calm. Right now, to Jannik's eyes, he looks like a rabid dog rattling against his cage, begging to be let out. And Jannik is the prey he’s after. Bookmarked by Aurora_T0910 Sep 2025

TagsSummaryJannik Sinner is a beta. But, with his height, he could've been an alpha. There's strength in him, and sometimes, when he scores a good point, when Carlos knows Jannik feels in control, he'll shake the racket in his hand – as close to a celebration as he will usually allow himself to give –, and his eyes will look just dark enough. Threatening. Dominating. Carlos doesn't let himself think about the other possibility. About the wide hips and the legs that go on for fucking miles, and the shyness and the awkwardness in interviews and the hard-won smiles. Because if Jannik were an omega – well, that would be a dangerous thought, wouldn't it? Bookmarked by Aurora_T0910 Sep 2025

TagsSummary“¿Tás listo?” No, I am not; yes, I am; I have been falling apart for months; I missed you; I don’t tell you for I do not trust myself; I accepted what I thought would keep me in. This he condensed, as he always did, into a nod. “Sempre.” Jannik Sinner returned to his sport draped in black; what he was mourning, he wasn’t sure yet. Bookmarked by Aurora_T0908 Sep 2025

TagsSummaryWhat had begun as an idle observation among the tour players had transformed with time into an unspoken rule, and then a spoken rule, then a generally incontrovertible fact.
It didn’t start out as an active decision, for Jannik. At first, of course, he wasn’t playing in any finals. Sure, he won a few matches, but the sixth set isn’t for winners. It’s for tournament winners. Champions. And their runners up.Later, when he won, he declined. When he lost, he was declined. No one desired him in that way. Long and lanky. Too quiet. Too cold. Too alien. An outlier. By the time that changed, helped along by a grand slam title and a gucci sponsorship, it was too late.
By that time, Jannik was untouchable.
Poised and professional, pious in his dedication to the game. Aloof, ascendant, and apparently all too alluring as a result. The fact remains. Jannik Sinner doesn't play the sixth set. Because he doesn’t lose.
 Of course, there’s one exception.Bookmarked by Aurora_T0908 Sep 2025

TagsSummaryThere’s a glimpse of short tangled curls sticking through the back of the stranger's cap—a startling russet colour. It makes Carlos think of clay courts, red roofs, of Alicante in spring. The indolent sweetness of orange blossom. For a second, the crashing of surf beyond the cliff could be the sound of his own warm Mediterranean waves. On reclusive tech billionaire Novak Djokovic's private island, once-in-a-generation player Carlos Alcaraz meets somebody who might change the future of tennis - or his life. - Language:

 “Yeah, why?”
“The wedding is also next month.”
“Yeah, you mentioned,” Jannik doesn’t seem to get where Carlos is going with it. “So?”

Carlos needs a plus one for a wedding. Jannik needs a free accommodation to make his own plans work. They decide to go together as FRIENDS.
