The ginger froze in his steps, and a shadow of a smaller frame was in the doorway, backlit by the lights in his room, looking pointedly at him.
“Uh,” Ace said dumbly, a nervous laugh tumbling out of his mouth. “It’s just your imagination, Housewarden. I’m nothing but a hallucination of your late-night brain. Also, how do YOU know if it’s Ace? What if I were someone else?”
“Ace, I’m not dumb.”

Gentaro crossed his arms and leaned in, grasping onto his leader’s words. Dice on the other hand was still invested in eating his food as if it was the last meal he’d ever consume.
“And what is that plan?” Gentaro inquired, narrowing his eyes.
Ramuda’s face cracked into a devilish grin, one that told Gentaro exactly what he needed to hear.
Oh no.
“You and Dice are going to start dating and it’s starting today.”
