Summary
Zhou Zishu is self-conscious of his scars in comparison to Wen Kexings flawless beauty. When it comes time to be intimate, Zishu wants to turn away, but Kexing refuses to let him sink back and instead seeks to make sure his senior is certain of his own beauty.

"“When I tell you to inform me of your pain, I don’t just mean your bones, your muscles or your meridians.” the younger chastised. “I mean for you to tell me all of your pain. Your mind… and your heart to. I opened mine for you… terrified. All I ask if that you keep your own open for me.”
“Okay…”
“As for you worries. You’re right, they are silly.”
“Ai!”
But as Zishu reach up to hit him, Kexing's hands closed around his forearms to push them up above his head. For a moment they took it in, the crackle of sexual energy and the earnest whisper of romance. “Ah-Xu. I have seen your body. Your true face. Your heart, your mind, the very centre of your soul. All that was good, all that was sinister and human. You are the most beautiful man of this Earth.”
“Lao Wen… I just-“

Summary
Zhou Zishu bends down until his own breath is fanning Wen Kexing’s face, close enough that he can count his lashes, see the little imperfections in his skin. He pinches Lao Wen’s side just to check– his brows furrow slightly, but he doesn’t wake.
After another breath Zhou Zishu leans in.
Lao Wen’s lips are nice and warm, and the world outside is distant.
When Zhou Zishu draws away again, he takes his time just looking his fill. He sweeps hair out of Lao Wen’s face and watches the slight movement of his eyes under the lids.
Wen Kexing is asleep, and Zhou Zishu can't help but take advantage

Summary
“Why is my husband so grumpy today?” Zhou Zishu can hear the pout in Wen Kexing’s voice.
“I told you: I. Want. To. Sleep.”
“Is there anything else? Because I’ve seen you having difficulty walking earlier and—”
“Yes, fine,” admits Zhou Zishu through gritted teeth.
“—maybe you’d like me to ease the pain—”
“Yes, fine.”
“—something that can also help you fall asleep?”
“Yes, fine! Get over here.”
Zhou Zishu is feeling miserable and Wen Kexing pounds the pregnancy pain out of him.

Summary
"There were rarely times when Zhou Zishu was scared of his husband. Back when they first met, even when he had only half of his martial strength, there was never a moment where he was afraid of the charismatic stranger who refused to stop following him around.
Even after finding out that Wen Kexing was the Ghost Valley Master, a name that struck fear in many people across the country, Zhou Zishu never faltered. If he had ever needed to take him on, he would have proudly done so. Thankfully, it never came to that.
However, standing next to Wen Kexing now, staring at the one room in the house other than their bedroom that Wen Kexing loved most, Zhou Zishu was scared. A feeling he did not enjoy."

Summary
It's been almost a week since Wen Kexing and Zhou Zishu had sex for the first time. And Zhou Zishu is confused as to why Wen Kexing hasn't tried to make a move on him again. He starts to spiral and realizes he has to actually confront Wen Kexing about it and open up about his feelings — something that is definitely not one of his strong suits.
