It's April Fools' Day at Nevermore. For a mysterious reason, Wednesday and Enid find themselves trapped inside a romantic movies universe.
Is it a world filled with romantic clichés and cinematic fluff? The cringe excuse of making two roommates confess? A prank?
The Narrator who trapped them might disagree with those statements, because under all the glitter lies danger: The two girls must confess in this universe, but without kissing, saying "I love you" or dying. Was one of these things supposed to happen, then they'd lose a life out of the four they were given.
What a trick of loving with a cost.

Jonathan furrows his brow. “With… Steve?”
“No,” Robin snaps. “With Nancy.”
