Summary
Four months after Gao Tu mysteriously vanishes without a trace, Shen Wenlang’s world is still shattered and searching. Despite pouring resources and hope into the endless search, every lead turns cold. Then, an unexpected call from Gao Qing shakes everything Wenlang thought he knew.

When Shen Wenlang speaks, breath hot in his ear, what he says is, “Talk to me.”
It takes a few gulps of breath for Gao Tu to steady himself. “Let go.”
“Not until you agree to talk to me,” Shen Wenlang says, and his hands on Gao Tu’s shoulders stiffen as though threatening. “Talk to me, Gao Tu.”
(The missing scenes after Shen Wenlang finds Gao Tu again in the final episode. TV show continuity.)
