Summary
Her promotion to Chief Prosecutor from a detective was so sudden and unexpected. Lana didn't know much about prosecuting and didn't want to take the new role, but she had to obey Gant anyway. Of course, she was doing that for safety of her sister.
The case seems to be simple. A classic murder, defendant has a motive and all Lana has do to is get a guilty verdict.
However, things aren't that easy as they seem to be. What is worse, the defense attorney in that case is Lana's old friend - Mia Fey.
