Summary
He whips off his sunglasses and shakes out of his hair, water flinging off his sun-kissed body as if in slow motion.
When he begins to climb back up the lifeguard post, they don’t even pretend not to ogle his ass.
“Fuck.”
“He--He’s-”
“He’s hot.”
Tony is the lifeguard at a beach frequented by pro surfers Bruce Banner, Steve Rogers, and Thor Odinson.

Summary
“For fuck’s sake,” said Fake Mr. Stark. His arm turned glowy, only for a second, and then it was covered in blue and silver armor.
One fast movement and he seized Peter’s arm.
“Stop,” he ordered, with a dangerous chill lacing his voice.
Peter stilled, though his breaths still came fast and heavy, and Fake Mr. Stark released him, with a soft shove. He tried to reel it in. His breathing. His panic. The tears he fought back, and the fatigue that threatened to overtake him. He felt like… someone else. Younger. He felt stupid.
He lost the battle to remain sitting up, and let his head slump against the window, where he idly watched as they passed building after building, speeding off somewhere unknown, somewhere away from May and Ned and MJ and the real Mr. Stark.
OR
Peter Parker is kidnapped and forced to survive in a darker universe, one that is ruled by a darker Tony Stark. The people he leaves behind struggle with not knowing what happened to him, eventually prompting Tony (our Tony) to reunite the Avengers to bolster the search efforts.

Summary
“Hello, hello,” Stark greeted, lowering his sunglasses to wink at some of the Decathlon students. “Yes, I know, it’s me. Don’t piss yourselves.” He placed the coffee cup on a nearby lab counter, ignoring the intern that was standing behind it, looking starstruck. “I’m just here for my daily rounds. Now, how is my favourite lab?”
An intern raised their hand slowly, her gaze falling to the ground as though she was trying to avoid looking at the billionaire. “Yes!” Tony exclaimed, pointing towards the intern. “Girl in the- uh, lab coat. I’m sorry, I forgot your name. What is it?”
“Mr Stark,” the intern spoke, her voice noticeably shaking as she finally raised her eyeline. “Is something wrong? You, uh.” She paused. “You never come here?”

Summary
MJ Wilson is fine. He is perfectly fine.
It doesn’t matter that he got into an argument with his boyfriend. It doesn’t matter that he can’t tell his dad, because Sam Wilson would absolutely rip Peter Parker a new asshole over this — and if Sam told Bucky about it, Peter might actually need witness protection.
It doesn’t matter that maybe MJ had been too much. That maybe he was being clingy and overbearing, and Peter was just finally starting to see it.
It doesn’t matter that Peter left flowers on his bed, either. Stupid, beautiful flowers that MJ doesn’t know how to interpret.
None of it matters.
Because everything is fine.
MJ can just change. He can make himself easier to be around. Easier to love. He can be quieter and less intense. He can stop being so needy.
He doesn't really want to hide who he is anymore.
But Peter is worth it.
Isn’t he?
