Summary
Hoseok grabs the stick, flipping it around so he can read the text. There’s a handy little graphic waiting for him there. One line, not pregnant. Two lines, pregnant.
Two lines. 𝘛𝘸𝘰 fucking lines.
And the worst part, the most audacious part, is that it isn’t faint. It isn’t a wispy, dubious second line, it isn’t a “𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭…𝘪𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘣𝘦” sort of line. It’s a bright-fucking-neon, ugly, glaring blue set of lines, about as corporeal and undeniable as the edge of the tub beneath it.
Hoseok shuts his eyes, willing one of those bars to disappear. When he opens again, he swears they’re etched even deeper onto the white background than they were a moment ago, staring up at him. Boring a hole into his soul.
“𝘖𝘩. 𝘚𝘩𝘪𝘵.”
Hoseok pitches over the side of the bath tub and throws up.
OR, the one where Hoseok has two (2) people he really shouldn't be fucking, and when a pregnancy test comes back positive, he isn't sure which one of them is to blame. But it's about to get messy.

Summary
For years, Hoseok’s body has been his instrument, his artistry, his dream. But something is changing—his movements slower, his laughter thinner, his fire dimming. He’s still their sunshine, still their hope. But something is slipping away, and Taehyung doesn’t know how to hold on to it before it’s too late.
(Hi! The first three chapters are currently being edited — when I started this fic I was… not great at writing, and I’ve grown a lot since then. There won’t be any changes to the actual story, just some cleaner writing and smoother flow. If you see update notifications, that’s all it is!)

Summary
"He had the awkward tenderness of someone who has never been loved and is forced to improvise." - Isabel Allende, The House of the Spirits (translated by Magda Bogin)
-
hoseok was used to pain, to the cold, to the bite of hunger. he was used to his father's fist and the whims of johns and ache of being unwanted. he was used to the loneliness that had made a home in his heart.
hoseok was not used to strange alphas picking him up and taking him to meet their packs and making him feel sparks of hope that he hadn't felt since he was a child. he wasn't sure he would ever get used to it. but he hoped they'd let him try.

Summary
“Hoseok-ah, look at me,” the older man asks, and without thinking Hoseok does. “Please, keep believing that I’m a superhero.”
There’s a certain kind of softness in his eyes that Hoseok hasn’t seen before and it makes him look younger and more innocent, making Hoseok’s heart skip a beat or two. He nods slowly. He doesn’t think he could say no to Yoongi when he’s looking at him like that.
“Okay, I can do that,” Hoseok says anyway.
or, in which Hoseok manages his mother’s fruit shop, pretending like he’s not terribly lonely. Yoongi with his bruised knuckles and shy smiles might become his blessing or curse.
