“It’s perfect,” Yunho interrupts, voice firm and sure, “I love it.”
And he does. It might not be the most complex nest he’s ever seen but every part of it contains a scent of some of the people he’s come to love – the ones his alpha is starting to see as pack even as he tries to tamp down his expectations. Some groups do become packs, but most eventually split off into a mated pair here or there or form small units. His alpha wants all eight of them to be one, though, despite how unlikely it is to happen. But that’s a problem for another day. Today, he gets to just enjoy seeing the first nest Mingi has built in the dorm.

This takes the warm and comforting parts of ABO and makes Ateez's dynamic so wonderful and lovely without even having to get sexual. Definitely a comfort story now. Especially with the little canon complient hints! I love the gradual pack vibes! And, le gasp, Beta Yeosang is actually an Omega?

Summary

A nice A/B/O fic that's Yeosang centric, but their pack is just working through communication and misunderstandings and they're all so sweet and I like the focus on non-sexual intimacy that feels so wholesome. Beta Yeosang feeling insecure about his place and needs some reassurance
