Crocodile tries not to roll his eyes, he just got back to the office.

Alvida was already standing at the bar.
“Buggy!” She cried out over the music, already halfway through the cocktail in her hand.
“Alvida, baby!” Buggy swung around her, his lower back resting against the bar.
“How have you been?” He flicked some hair behind his shoulder with his severed hand.
“Keep yourself together, we have an extra guest today.” Alvida said, her voice lowering a bit under the music as she got closer.
Buggy pulled his hand back to his wrist, it connecting with a soft pop. He turned towards the bar, the smile fading from his face.
“Who exactly?” He asked.
“I’ll give you a hint, red hair.” Alvida’s red lipped mouth grows into a cheeky grin.
“Buggy!”

Summary
Crocodile let out a sigh, his eyes trained on the clown, was that his hair sticking out of his hat?
“I’m here to collect, clown.”
Buggy freezes, his smile twitching before growing. He leans back, his voice drawing itself out.
“Croccy, baby, honey.” The clown pauses, leaning forward this time, standing barely at Crocodile’s chest.
“I thought our deal gave me three more years-” His eyes go wide when Crocodile cuts him off.
“Deal’s changed.”
The clown pauses again, that damn smile still on his face but it’s smaller now. His head tilts and he clears his throat. Then again.
“Well then, since our deal has changed then the amount due has also changed.” He shifts his weight to one side.
Crocodile’s eyes narrow.
“A quarter. It’s only been one year.” Buggy holds his fingers up with one hand producing a quarter out of thin air, proving his point.
“All. Or your life.” Crocodile flashes his hook, looking down his nose at the clown.
The color drains from his face, but his eyes aren’t on Crocodile’s.

They can hear laughter below, it sounds mean and mocking. Talking about trading stolen goods? Killing marks? Stealing from pirates? He’s heard it all before in the common rooms with other agents. It would make sense they’d have nothing but the strongest here.
Neither of them can shut their eyes for long, too afraid of being caught. They just need to get out into the open ocean, hell, he would swim Miss Wednesday back if he had to.
“Alright!” The old voice croaks.
They both jump, freezing still.
“The mucus should keep your ship from melting on your way out.” They can hear the sound of a metal pail being set down somewhere.
The door swings open, through the slits in the wood Mr. 9 can make out a shock of ginger hair.

A large explosion rips through the air, and he can see a gun from Igaram’s hair fly off into the distance.
Vivi flinches, and he doesn’t blame her when she doesn’t turn around.
“We don’t have much time then, let’s go.” Nami gestures for Vivi to follow, she turns, and looks at Toru.
His eyes meet hers. Miss Wednesday, Princess, Traitor, Partner.
“Go. I’ll buy you time.” He doesn’t know why he says it, but he knows she’ll be safer with these pirates then with him.
“What?” Her voice cracks, her eyes are wide. “Why would you do that?”
Toru realizes her eyes are warm like the earth under the sun, gentle still in all of this.

Summary
This is basically me fixing everything with fanfiction because I am so salty about Dorian's death. The characters are going to be quite OOC and I'm not quite following the storyline. It's a what could have been AU situation with tons of Angst, romance, and of course smut. It's gonna be a slow burn with a deeper delve into the backstories of a few characters as well as some more satisfying death scenes.
This story is going to follow Vlad and his relationship with Dorian and how it progresses throughout the story. It starts at the beginning of Eleventh Grade Burns and will end where ever I end up afterwards.
