Stu had been begging Billy to let him top him all week, the first ten or so times Stu brought it up, Billy had threatened to rip out all his teeth, break his kneecaps, and so on, claiming he refuses to be a pansy bitch. But Stu knows how to be persistent, and he knows that Billy has a hard time saying no to him, even if he won't admit that. So he kept asking him, and eventually he agreed.
