What if Rin's sword was the long-lost Zanpakuto of a Soul Reaper?
Shortly after Yukio shoots Rin in chapter ninety-six of the manga, a strange man shows up on Rin's roof claiming to be an amnesic Soul Reaper. And dead. He enlists Rin's help in passing on, in the process dragging Rin into some strange happenings.
