Sydney would complain about her constant cold fingers and dry knuckles often, she shouldn’t have been surprised Carmy wasn’t just listening but cataloging the facts about her into some place in his brain. Summary
Clarisse is selected for a dangerous quest during the uprising of Kronos’s army. She is given ten months to complete it. The Oracle predicts her failure and refuge. When she sets out for the quest, she ends up in New York City with a vague map and a broken compass. Her father’s expectations were weighing heavy on her shoulders.
During a fight, a man wearing a skull on his chest saved her. It had been a gruesome altercation, but it was better than death. Clarisse initially thought he was a warrior sent from her father.
Frank Castle saw Clarisse as an estranged teenager caught up in the wrong crowd.
Clarisse had no idea how deeply woven Kronos was into Frank’s world, and the duo had to figure out how to stop the rising threat.
