Summary
It's not the isekai that's the problem here.
Sure, it's a massive shock at first, but nothing that a few zone-out sessions with mediation-may-be can not fix. And Sue, always the positive one, believes that being yeeted into the Pokemon world is already the better version of isekai she can get.
The real problem here, is her Pokemon.
She knows these Pokemons. Has known them, since she was barely fourteen, emo and edgy and angry at the world. A team of hacked-mons, paired ridiculously with abilities they shouldn't have, and moves they shouldn't know. A team of Pokemon, one that other trainer will tell you that they can not work - too unstable, no synergy together, and absolutely impossible for a fresh trainer like her.
Too bad they wouldn't leave.
Oh? And has Sue mentioned about the mini Legendary that hovers over her like a guardian, and her, their child? Or that her body is likely to belong to an alternative version of her? And her identity of a trainer is a mystery to the professor? With groups of trainer despite her for just, well, being Sue?
...Yeah, the isekai is definitely not a problem here at all.

Summary
Cassian Lestrange, golden-haired heir to Lestrange and Malfoy, was the Fifth Year who ended Ranrok’s goblin rebellion - again and again and again. Gifted with a terrifying mastery of Ancient Magic, he tore through goblins, beasts and traitors, only to vanish in a gentle night. The Ministry quickly wrapped up and brushed the rebellion off like a mere inconvenience. Time pasted, people moved on, and the boy was supposed to stay gone.
Except Cassian has always excelled at ruining the universe's hope.
Years later, Cassian woke up in Hogwarts, on the eve of Harry Potter’s second year, and the first year called Albus Dumledore had turned into a headmaster and signed him up for school - again. Officially, he was a quiet fourth-year transfer, a polished pure-blood Slytherin with old vaults and impeccable manners. Unofficially, he was the reason there's a gap in history regarding goblin and its decrease in population.
Death Eaters awaited. Witches and wizards stirred uneasily. There were many things to be done, many things to complete. And Cassian was trying, very slowly, not to burn this timeline too.

Summary
Years ago, following his temporary departure from Konoha, Orochimaru found a weird scroll with indescribable symbols in the Land of Hot Water. He had messed with it and unexpectedly signed a pact with some devil incarnation of a God.
The requirement? Taking care of a young girl, who knew too much but came too late and avoided pissing off the army of gods behind her back.
Nobody knew what was gonna hit them.
