Summary
The angel Aziraphale is very much enjoying his freedom post-Armageddon. He doesn’t have to answer to Heaven any more, he can travel the world as he likes, he can dine at all the finest places on Earth and he can continue to collect texts that catch his fancy and keep them in his bookshop.
So, with all these things considered, he certainly isn’t expecting to answer his doorbell on a rainy evening in mid-November to find one of Heaven’s cherubim on his doorstep.

We all want to know just how in blazes Vegeta and Bulma managed to create Trunks. This is my take at it, involving psychological conditioning, stupid sexy Saiyans, hand-wavy sciencing, feasts fit for G.R.R.M. and Saiyan princes, and crazy lemons. This is a humour story, and a love story. Three-year-gap story, mostly canon-compliant. Slow burn.

In order to stop Vegeta from killing anymore of her friends, Bulma makes a rash decision and winds up trapped on Namek with 5 foot and 5 inches of bad tempered planet destroying Saiyan. She's sure it'll be fine, it's no biggie, it's just like a Buddy Cop film, but one of them is a mass murderer.

Namek/Frieza Saga Canon divergence where Bulma goes to planet Namek as Vegeta's hostage and actually does things instead of constantly being forgotten. This is the entire Saga, yes.

Summary
It was choice that originally took him to Earth, a choice to defy orders and take control of his own life. But for every decision we make there is a splinter universe in which we didn't, in which we took the other road. This is a story about one of the other roads.
Radditz doesn't go to Earth. Bulma doesn't go to Namek. Goku never died when he was meant to and the Earth never has a chance to prepare for Freeza's forces by the time they finally absorb it. Bulma is abducted and forced to reproduce Capsule Tech. Vegeta is the last of his race struggling to endure a life of subjugation under his tormentor. There are rebel forces, intergalactic space battles and the retelling of one of anime and manga's favourite love stories.
We are defined by the choices we make. That sentiment, though not original, provides both the title and premise for this alternate universe work about one of the most intriguing pairings in, well, the universe.

So they agree to fake-date for the tabloids. A perfect solution--so long as they don’t kill one another... or develop any pesky feelings first.
