Two new kids and a baby enter the league's radar, this isn't even that new, but the lack of interest they have in relation to the league and any heroes affiliated with it is worrying, the thing only gets worse when these new heroes have practically the same stock of powers as a Kryptonian.
Meanwhile, Batman is going gray because he doesn't know anything about the unknown beings.

Two and a half years ago Izuku committed suicide. His body was never recovered but the bridge he jumped from was high and the river deep enough that police figured it had been washed away in the time it took for anyone to realize he was missing.

Small backstory on Izuku Midoriya’s life in this AU
His mom died, and so he became unable to pay the rent on the apartment. With no place to go, he took only his bag with his hero notebooks, some clothes, and a few pictures he had pinned to the wall in his room. He meets Toshinori Yagi (All Might) but never inherited his quirk. He is quirkless still. He goes between places for a while, until one day he goes back to the park where he and Bakugou used to play.
