Kim Taehyung was funny, talkative, outgoing, a social butterfly that everyone adores. He is protective and smarter than what he gives away. He fully understands the risk of walking alone in the world he was destined to lead. He thought he had his brother, and he does. Yugyeom was just preoccupied with his first crush. Summary
Built and created, the arena was meant to hold beasts that terrorized the land. They're captured, them landing in cages. Humans forcing them to fight one another for entertainment purposes. They were an 'enjoyment’, people betting for which beast would win and those who fail will die on the hands of the other.
The Beast Arena was not only an inhumane 'sport' but a means to showcase to the world the ability to withhold such beasts. For Taehyung, this has been a normal thing ever since he was born. But when he was finally old enough to see one for the first time, he witnesses that the beasts weren't the ones acting like animals but the people who's captured them instead.

“Once there was a small little cabin out in the woods, in the cabin live a family of two, one mother, and her 5 year old son. The son was a very caring and loving child, he loved his mother very much and would do anything to help the woman. He was also a curious kid when it came to the woods surrounding them, his mother told him not to venture off into the large forest. So, he never did, but the curiosity of what laid in the tall trees was making him crazy. Then when he thought he saw a boy not too much older than him looking at him from behind a tree the small child abandoned his mothers rule, and wandered into the large forest. That little boy was never seen again.” A woman told her young child a story.
