Summary
Contrary to the popular belief, Chris and Leon had not actually been sleeping together for the past decade, but it became even harder to debunk the rumors when they suddenly invested in a property together. While Leon learned to walk again on his shattered leg, Chris threw himself into a mechanics course and into renovations, to get the garage up and running. To stay busy, Leon looked into the financial aspect of it all, making sure that there was absolutely nothing they hadn’t considered.
Of course the fact that they both moved into the quaint two storey family home on their property did nothing but add water into the rumor mill. When Piers moved in with the two of them a few months later, well, then the rumors started getting wild because no one really knew what was up.
Meanwhile, Chris, Leon and Piers try to make sense of over a decade worth of yearning. Somehow, they make it work.

Summary
Leon had barely settled down on the couch with the folder when Chris padded back into the living room. He was only in his underwear and a soft green shirt, hair mussed, and if Leon got stuck staring for a second then, well, no one minded. Somehow he managed to pull himself back to reality, though. “Chris? Why aren’t you asleep?”
“I couldn’t sleep,” Chris frowned, sounding miserable. “I’m not used to… The bed is really big? And we’re usually… You know?”
Leon couldn’t hold back the grin as he tilted his head. “You saying you want me to come snuggle you to sleep?”

Summary
July 4th 1985
“Steve, honey, is there anyone I can call for you? I’m going to the payphone to call the kid’s parents..”
The sound of a speeding vehicle broke his train of nonsensical thoughts. Steve thought for a second Billy was back, about to run his car into the kids when he looked up and saw the familiar half broken headlights that belonged to the old beat up van he so desperately wanted to see.
The van stopped in the parking lot and he came running out, the man he had been waiting and longing for since the moment he knew he was safe again. Joyce looked up at the sound and threw a questioning look, which he responded to with a thumbs up, letting her know it was all fine.
It only took the man a couple of seconds to find his way to Steve. He immediately threw his jacket off, wrapping it around Steve and hugging him tight. Steve’s entire body responded to the contact, finally resting and coming down from the fight or flight mode he had been stuck in for the past days.

A Steve centric fic in which Eddie and Steve get together in between the events of season 2 and 3 but they keep it a secret from everyone until season 4 starts and Eddie gets wrapped up in the party's business.
