Summary
Harry Potter has plenty of enemies—Dark Lords, Ministry officials, the occasional homicidal textbook—but Marcus Flint? He’s more of a recurring nuisance. A brick wall with anger issues, a jaw that could cut glass, and a talent for making Harry’s life just a little more unbearable every time they cross paths.
So naturally, when an unfortunate series of events (read: reckless flying, misplaced grudges, and an unhealthy amount of blood loss) forces them into an uneasy truce, Harry is less than thrilled. Suddenly, he’s stuck dealing with Flint outside of Quidditch matches, navigating snarky banter, suspiciously thoughtful late-night conversations, and a growing realization that maybe—just maybe—Flint isn’t just a meathead with a vendetta.
Somewhere between insults, injuries, and a whole lot of very bad decisions, Harry finds himself asking a truly horrifying question:
When did Marcus Flint stop being his problem and start being something else entirely?

Summary
Marcus Flint was big and burly with beef on his arms and strength in his shoulders. He was mean and dismissive and rough around the edges. He was bad, not in the malicious, conniving way someone like Draco Malfoy perhaps was, but bad in the way those boys that hung around his cousin were, with a sneer on their face, breath stinking of cigarette smoke and calluses on their knuckles.
He really shouldn't, but Harry wanted him.
