Summary
“Oh my God,” Buck says as cold, certain clarity seeps through him. “I know why I’m upset.”
He can barely bring himself to open his eyes. When he finally manages to find the courage, he sees Ravi looking at him with eager anticipation.
“Yes?” Ravi prompts, leaning forward. He waves a hand encouragingly at Buck. “Go on?”
“I think,” Buck says slowly, “I’m in love with Hen.”
Or: Buck wildly misinterprets his jealousy over Hen and Eddie being partners.

Summary
Eddie hits his shoulder harder this time. "That's it!"
"What is?" Buck repeats his question from before, rubbing his shoulder like the movement hurt him —it didn't, Eddie is sure.
"You'll go with me! Like, you can act like you're my couple".
Buck looks at him, untethered before cracking the loudest laugh of the night.
"What's so funny?" Eddie asks with a half-showing smile as Buck keeps laughing and although he didn't mean to, he's happy to see him joyful again.
"Oh, you're being serious". He stops laughing slowly, shaking his head, showing that he's not really believing anything that his friend says. "What do you want us to do? To pretend we're together like in some teenage romcom?"
OR
Eddie has an empty plus one for a destination wedding. Not wanting to meet his entire family by himself and being setted up, Buck and he make a deal: Buck can pretend to be his boyfriend and he would help him to get his happy ending after.
Eddie doesn't expect how loud his mind gets when he's alone with Buck, in a nice beach, while the lines of their friendship are blurred.Bookmarked by Brownie34s

Summary
The dinner was great— the food was delicious, the ambiance of the restaurant was nice, and sitting across from Eddie all night and getting to flirt with him, hold his hand, kiss him— that was the best part.
Buck drives them back to Eddie’s and as Eddie’s getting his keys out to unlock the door, Buck presses up behind him and brings his face to his neck. He inhales that good cologne and he moans softly right into the nape of his neck.
OR
Buck and Eddie go on their first official date. Buck rides Eddie on the couch then in bed, Eddie bottoms for the first time.

Summary
“This is becoming a habit,” Buck says the next night, as he scrubs at the poor abused centre cushion on his couch for the third time that week. “If I didn’t know any better, I’d think you were doing this on purpose.”
Buck laughs at his own joke, but Eddie chokes on air.
“Don’t be ridiculous,” Eddie insists, clearly sounding defensive despite his best efforts otherwise. “That’s—that’s ridiculous,” he finishes weakly.
Buck pauses in his scrubbing.
“Eddie—”
“I’m gonna go to bed,” Eddie interjects, already heading off down the hallway to avoid Buck’s gaze. “I’ll see you in there.”
He resists the urge to facepalm as he realises he’s just invited himself into Buck’s bed tonight, but it’s too late to backtrack now.
*
(Buck's couch suffers because Eddie refuses to ask Buck if they can share his bed.)
