Jean didn't open the umbrella. He held it, letting the rain stream down from the top of his head. Cold. Not biting, but sobering. Letting him know he was still alive, still breathing, still in this world.

Jean feels lost and goes in search for something to do. He finds it down the muzzle of a gun.
You can usually measure how much I like a character by how much I make them suffer and I just lovelovelove Jean SO much. He never stood a chance.

ELECTROCHEMISTRY [Heroic: Failure] — He’s wearing leather. So much leather? Everywhere? You have no idea where to look.
ENCYCLOPEDIA [Challenging: Success] — It’s not quite a full biker suit, but it looks styled after one. The jacket is a little too big in length but snug on his shoulders and wrists, with padded elbows and a flared collar.
DRAMA [Formidable: Success] — He’s wearing tight leather pants. You manage to *not* stare at his crotch too much.
PERCEPTION (SIGHT) [Easy: Success] — The thing he was holding is a motorcycle helmet. He’s wearing biking gloves, too—big and cushioned. Kim owns a *bike*.

The horrifying similarity between their current position and scenarios Yoshiki had only allowed himself to imagine for a fleeting moment in the dead of night was not lost on him. Before the perverse thrill set in, he knew he needed to shove the other boy to the floor with forced disgust and tell him to never touch him like that again, but the breeze on the back of his neck reminded Yoshiki that they were alone, and maybe he could allow himself to do something unforgivable, just this once.
'Hikaru' reaches out to touch, and Yoshiki’s intimacy issues run deeper than he cares to think about.
