Summary
Waking up with no memories, a massive headache, and a medical tube down their throat, a confused protagonist discovers they are trapped in a sterile, low-gravity clinic with only an artificial robotic voice for company. After narrowly passing a bizarre cognitive test, they escape into the quiet corridors of what appears to be a high-tech spaceship, only to run directly into a disheveled, bearded stranger who is just as terrified and amnesiac as they are.
Forced to rely on each other, the two survivors clean themselves up and hunt for clues regarding their identities. Upon discovering the ship's crew manifest, they find photos that unlock the first pieces of the puzzle: they are Dr. ██, the Lead Medical Examiner, and Dr. Ryland Grace, the Lead Scientist. But with the rest of the ship eerily quiet and their memories still missing, they are left to wonder what happened to the rest of the crew—and where exactly in the universe they are.
