Summary
Deku is killed trying to save Bakugou, and no one is certain if it was the sludge in his lungs and behind his eyes or if it was Bakugou’s explosions and smoke inhalation. His ghost remains behind in the living world, existing in a vague unknowing state, only certain of one fact: He must save Kacchan. This is his unfinished business.
But there are other forces at work behind the scenes, tampering with the forces of life and death itself to tear down hero society.
All Izuku wanted was a peaceful life, but it seems that that's impossible even in death.

Everyone's demanding that Spider-Man reveal his identity for their own safety, and as if that isn't enough, Deadpool is hired to make sure it happens. Peter's stressed enough as it is with work and rent and school and a new super villain cropping up — he just doesn't have time for this. He especially doesn't have time for Deadpool accosting Peter Parker, wanting Spider-Man's photographer to help track down the elusive hero.
